How do I apply a promo code to my order?
Note the code that you want to use. After adding your item(s) to your cart, proceed to the checkout page. On the left side of the page you will see a box labeled, Have a special promotion or coupon code? Enter your code and click Apply Code.
- Promo codes can only be used for online purchases.
- Promo codes cannot be used toward gift card purchases.
How can I redeem credits or coupon codes?
To redeem a coupon code for a special offer or discount, it must be entered at the time of checkout. On the Checkout page, enter the coupon code in the Have a special promotion or coupon code? box at the bottom of the left navigation column of your Shopping Cart page. Make sure to check the Apply link (in bright blue) next to the box before you select the Proceed to Checkout button in bright blue, near the bottom of the right navigation column. The discounted product price will be displayed at checkout and in your Order Summary below Promotions applied to your order. From time to time, you may receive a credit to your Photo Center account. If you do, we will automatically place it in your Photo Cart for you.
Can I use manufacturer’s coupons for online purchases?
Yes. Manufacturer coupons available for a product will be available to clip directly from the product page.
Can I use multiple coupon codes in one order?
It depends. If the coupon codes you’re applying are for different products (e.g. one code for 15% off fragrances and one code for $20 off contact lenses), then the shopping cart will accept multiple coupon codes. However, if the coupon codes are for the same product (e.g. one code for $20 off contacts and one code for 15% off contacts) and/or stacked on top of a site-wide promo (e.g. one code for 15% off Walgreens brand vitamins and one code for $10 off a $50 purchase), the shopping cart will not accept multiple coupon codes.
Do you accept payment other than credit card?
You can pay for Walgreens.com orders with a debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network or American Express. You can also pay with PayPal and PayPal Credit. Walgreens stores accept cash, check, gift card, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network, American Express, or Apple Pay.

The shipping charge is based on the order’s size, weight, shipping method, and shipping address. In your cart, you will see the estimated shipping charge based on standard shipping to the contiguous U.S. You will see your actual shipping cost at checkout.

How do I get free shipping?
There are a few different ways to get FREE standard shipping (arrives in 1-2 business days):
- Reach an order subtotal of $35 or more (excluding sales tax and/or applicable shipping charges).
- Select Ship to Store at checkout. There’s no minimum purchase requirement. (We’ll send your order the store of your choice, and email you when it’s ready for you to pick it up.)
- Include contact lenses or a prescription in your order (excludes flat fee products).
New prescription orders qualify for free 2-day shipping. (Note that Walgreens reserves the right to roll back this offer at any time.)
Note that orders are subject to a $0.049 shipping fee for each 1/10 of a pound over 20 pounds. This fee applies to product, prescription, and contact lens orders, even when all items are free-shipping eligible and/or the $35 minimum has been achieved.
Gift cards ship free, but they do not contribute to the cart subtotal for shipping offers or thresholds. Photo orders and Prescription Savings Club cards are not eligible for free shipping.
What is Ship to Store?
When you place an order on Walgreens.com, you can choose to have it delivered to your local store for FREE. This is a convenient option if you are unable to accept a delivery at your home or your workplace. Plus, we’ll keep your order safe until you’re ready to pick it up.
